Responsibilities

  • Own sales – direct to enterprises and indirect through partners and channels. Build strong channels with large and strategic GTM partners
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve Company’s sales and revenue growth goals
  • Hire, train and develop Sales staff who can create value for CoreStack and provide a great buying experience for our prospective customers
  • Creatively explore and cultivate new sales opportunities with enterprise customers
  • Forecast annual/quarterly/monthly revenues and track the actual sales performance
  • Support Management team with critical insights and ideas in business planning
  • Coach sales staff in identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sales strategies in growing existing customer accounts and adding new accounts
  • Bring in sales best practices to build a repeatable process to drive sales opportunities and customer engagement activities
  • Use sales analytics to understand and drive productivity of sales staff
  • Evangelize CoreStack and its products at various online and offline marketing events

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of Technology sales experience in the North America region
  • 5 years in sales leadership role. Enterprise software sales experience will be a big plus
  • Proven expertise in ideating and relentlessly executing the company’s strategic plans
  • Extensive experience in closing large and complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Experience in partnering with Marketing team in formulating great growth plans
  • Experience in using sales methodologies like Customer Centric Selling (CCS)
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS-based product selling to Enterprises and Partners
  • Passionate and capable to educate and excite customers and teammates about the potential of the multi-cloud platform
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of CoreStack offering
  • Experience selling to or supporting complex customers and partners
  • Work well under pressure with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals

Responsibilities

  • Be at the forefront of Cloud technology in positioning CoreStack to enterprise customers
  • Create and maintain product Datasheets
  • Spearhead the technical response for RFP
  • Benchmark CoreStack capabilities with competitors and maintain competitive battle card
  • Run webinars on new product releases and features
  • Prepare and maintain segment and vertical-specific product technical presentations
  • Manage the sandbox environment and the product demo sequence
  • Perform user acceptance testing for the new product releases and roll them out to the sandbox environment

Required Qualifications

  • Technical degree at least 10+ years of IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Technical Pre Sales
  • Experience and exposure to Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, etc.
  • Exposure to ITIL Process
  • Exposure to Cloudops, DevOps technologies, automation, infrastructure orchestration, configuration management, and continuous integration
  • Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows
  • Experience or exposure to IT operational tools such as Nagios, Qualys, Zabbix
  • Extremely focussed on technology

We’re looking for a senior marketing leader to help support and drive rapid growth. The role is a combination of strategy and implementation and requires hands-on, self-directed candidate. You will design, implement and monitor effective marketing strategies that align with our business goals.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies
  • Build strategies to generate leads through various channels (Both inbound and outbound)
  • Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)

Position Summary:

To increase CloudEnablers customer base by prospecting via the telephone, supporting the CRO and completing administrative tasks for the sales department. The expected end result is to exceed revenue objectives as set by CloudEnablers. The Account Manager will be responsible for Target Market account lead qualification and is the first step in generating new business. Lead generation efforts include cold/warm calling to qualifying the prospect, identifying decision-making process, organizational charts, current cloud environment, and setting up demo/meetings.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understand prospect needs and requirements
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals

Prospecting

  • Responsible for spending approximately six (6) hours a day prospecting via the telephone and email, with a goal of generating ten (10) new appointments a week.
  • Research target accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Responsible for following up on all leads provided by Marketing, mailers, and CloudEnablers web page.
  • Responsible for qualifying all new leads, entering the contact data into the Salesforce database, and forwarding qualified prospects to the Chief Revenue Officer to follow up/close.

Sales Team Support

  • Work with the sales team to penetrate new accounts, identify potential customers, qualify their needs, and schedule meetings.
  • Responsible for providing the necessary information to the sales team prior to meetings/demonstrations.

Administrative Support

  • Responsible for all literature requests.
  • Maintain Salesforce database by deleting old contacts and implementing any changes.
  • Continue market branding efforts via email and phone

Requirements

  • 1-3 years inside sales experience with a software company
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Self-Motivated
  • Possess a professional business manner
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • The ability to identify decision makers and be comfortable calling and dealing with VP and “C” level executives
  • Solid written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work independently with minimal supervision
