Job Title

  • Vice President, Sales

Responsibilities

  • Own sales – direct to enterprises and indirect through partners and channels. Build strong channels with large and strategic GTM partners
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve Company’s sales and revenue growth goals
  • Hire, train and develop Sales staff who can create value for CoreStack and provide a great buying experience for our prospective customers
  • Creatively explore and cultivate new sales opportunities with enterprise customers
  • Forecast annual/quarterly/monthly revenues and track the actual sales performance
  • Support Management team with critical insights and ideas in business planning
  • Coach sales staff in identifying and qualifying opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and driving sales strategies in growing existing customer accounts and adding new accounts
  • Bring in sales best practices to build a repeatable process to drive sales opportunities and customer engagement activities
  • Use sales analytics to understand and drive productivity of sales staff
  • Evangelize CoreStack and its products at various online and offline marketing events

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 15 years of Technology sales experience in the North America region
  • 5 years in sales leadership role. Enterprise software sales experience will be a big plus
  • Proven expertise in ideating and relentlessly executing the company’s strategic plans
  • Extensive experience in closing large and complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Experience in partnering with Marketing team in formulating great growth plans
  • Experience in using sales methodologies like Customer Centric Selling (CCS)
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS-based product selling to Enterprises and Partners
  • Passionate and capable to educate and excite customers and teammates about the potential of the multi-cloud platform
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of CoreStack offering
  • Experience selling to or supporting complex customers and partners
  • Work well under pressure with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
  • A naturally helpful mindset, great attention to detail, and high technical aptitude
  • A hands-on, “get stuff done” attitude
  • Strong ability to effectively manage a range of simultaneous engagements
  • Consummate teammate, with a strong desire to win
