Technical Sales Engineer

Primary Responsibilities
  • Be at the forefront of Cloud technology in positioning CoreStack to Enterprise Customers
  • Create and maintain Product Data Sheets
  • Spearhead technical response for RFP
  • Benchmarking CoreStack capabilities with competitors and maintain competitive battle card
  • Provide Webinars about product release and new features
  • Prepare and maintain segment and vertical specific product technical presentations
  • Manage sandbox environment and demo sequence for the product
  • Perform User acceptance testing for new release to roll them out to sandbox
  • Define niche use cases for product that attract customer
  • Publish technical blogs and white papers
Requirements
  • Technical degree at least 10+ years of IT experience
  • Minimum of 5 year of experience in Technical Presales
  • Experience and exposure to Cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, etc
  • Exposure to ITIL Processess
  • Exposure to Cloudops, DevOps technologies, automation, infrastructure orchestration, configuration management and continuous integration
  • Hands-on experience in Linux and Windows
  • Experience or exposure to IT Operational tools such as Nagios, Qualys, Zabbix
  • Personal Attributes:
  • Extremely focussed on technology
    Have ability to win deals by going the extra mile
  • Strong communications skills (verbal and written) and outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
  • Team player with focus on team success
