  • Own sales – direct to mid-market customers and indirect to enterprises through partners and channels. Leverage channels with large and strategic GTM partners
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve Company’s sales and revenue growth goals
  • Creatively explore and cultivate new sales opportunities with enterprise and mid-market customers
  • Forecast annual/quarterly/monthly revenues and track actual sales performance
  • Support management team with critical insights and strategic ideas in business planning
  • Identify and qualify opportunities, develop strategic customer relationships, and drive sales strategies in growing existing customer accounts and adding new accounts
  • Bring in sales best practices to build a repeatable process to drive sales opportunities and customer engagement activities
  • Use sales analytics to understand and drive productivity of sales staff
  • Evangelize CoreStack and its products at various online and offline events
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS based product selling to enterprises and partners
  • Passion and ability to educate and excite customers and teammates about the potential of the multi-cloud platform
  • Exceptional relationship building, written and oral communication skills. This role requires an ability to understand and articulate both the business benefits (value proposition) and technical advantages of our offering
  • Experience selling to or supporting complex customers and partners
  • Work well under pressure with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals
  • A naturally helpful mindset, great attention to detail, and high technical aptitude

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of technology sales experience particularly in the North America region with proven experience meeting or exceeding targets
  • 5+ years in sales leadership role. Experience in Cloud Infrastructure Enterprise software sales a must
  • Good understanding of Cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Azure
  • Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot for managing B2B sales and in partnering with Marketing on growth plans
  • Data-driven and metrics-driven mindset
  • Extensive experience in closing large and complex deals involving multiple executive level stakeholders
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrate experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
