Events Manager – US

To help us realize our high growth targets and build our brand reputation, we are looking to onboard a superstar Events Manager with hands-on experience in planning, managing, and executing both in-person, virtual and hybrid events, workshops, tradeshows, and webinars. Primary Responsibilities
- Research and build a repository of events and tradeshows suitable for SaaS, Technology and Cloud Computing space
- Build, plan, and manage annual event calendar for in-person and virtual B2B tech/cloud events in the US
- Maintain and build a comprehensive database of industry contacts, vendors, and venues
- Design event marketing strategy, manage all aspects of event planning meeting strict deadlines and budget demands
- Conceptualize and create event plan, manage budgets and sponsorships, and logistics, lead promotional activities
- Research resources, make site visits, and lead pre-event meetings when necessary
- Seamless execution, and delivery, manage and coordinate vendors, suppliers, and all event logistics
- Plan and send post-event communication, report and analyze event success
- Establish event management process and workflows
- Closely collaborate with internal teams – Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships in a fast-changing high-growth environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field
- 5+ years of experience in conducting and managing B2B tech event management in the SaaS, Technology and Cloud Computing space – If you are passionate, driven and think event management is your forte, then years of experience is not a constraint!
- Hands-on experience and proven success in virtual events and webinars
- Experience in media and/or public relations is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills, creative eye, and attention to detail
- Project management experience is a plus
- Proficient with Marketing automation tools like HubSpot
- Flexibility to travel both domestic and internationally, as needed
- Experience in maintaining and building enriching business relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, proactive, strategic, and result-driven mindset
