To help us realize our high growth targets, we are looking to onboard a highly driven Demandgen specialist with hands-on experience in executing demand generation initiatives to drive new user acquisition. Primary Responsibilities
  • Implement growth-driven strategies to drive demand generation and increase user acquisition
  • Execute Account-based Marketing programs that drive pipeline growth
  • Leverage account-based insights to iterate acquisition campaigns
  • Manage paid acquisition campaigns on channels like LinkedIn and Google
  • Study the impact of growth campaigns and constantly iterate for continuous improvement processes
  • Evaluate platforms for marketing campaigns based on data analytics
  • Closely collaborate with different departments – Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships in a fast-changing high-growth environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar field
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B growth and performance marketing in the SaaS, Technology and Cloud Computing space
  • Hands-on experience in executing demand gen programs, inbound/outbound lead gen activities
  • Experience in executing marketing campaigns via paid social media marketing and handled reporting for campaign KPIs
  • Hands-on experience with Account-based marketing tool would be a plus
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to demand generation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, strategic, and result-driven mindset
  • India (Remote)
