Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a rich campaign calendar that attracts qualified audience to our content properties such as blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels
  • Manage the strategy and setup of all the paid marketing campaigns
  • Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports
  • Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and lower our cost-per-acquisition
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs
  • Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
  • Grow our email list organically and not through purchased or rented lists
  • Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends
  • Segment contact database based on past behaviors such as email engagement and website interactions (e.g. content downloads and page visits)
  • Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the effectiveness of our email sends
  • Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email campaigns
  • Run various campaigns for events, webinars, email marketing and Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads and other social Ads

Required qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in successfully planning and executing various types of marketing campaigns for B2B technology companies including events, webinars, emails, account-based marketing, and channel marketing
  • Understanding of cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure
  • Proven expertise in measuring the effectiveness of different campaigns, using Pixels and Heatmaps
  • Experience in running different social media campaigns including paid and display Ads
  • Knowledge of WordPress and HTML to build landing pages and run email marketing
  • Experience in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Good working knowledge of SEO best practices in B2B marketing
  • Data-driven and a results-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as content, design, sales, product in building the content assets required to successfully run the marketing campaigns
